The session usually runs 45–90 minutes depending on the complexity of the business. The goal is to leave with a clear picture of your goals, your market, and the KPIs we’ll hold ourselves accountable to. We don’t drag it out — we move fast to get to the strategy conversation.

Packages are designed for the agency’s efficiency, not the client’s outcome. A $1,500/month SEO package sounds reasonable until you realize it includes the same work whether you’re in a competitive legal market or a low-competition service niche — the former needs 10× the effort to move the needle. We build strategies around your specific goals, market, and competitive position. That means the scope, channel mix, and investment level is determined by what your situation actually requires — not by a pricing page.

Against the KPIs we agree on in Phase 2 — before we start. The specific KPIs depend on your goals: for lead generation businesses it’s usually organic call volume, form submissions, and qualified lead flow. For e-commerce it’s revenue and ROAS.
