The Local Blitz
Super Powered Process
No cookie-cutter packages. No one-size-fits-all programs. Every client engagement runs through the same four-phase process — built to surface your real goals, build a strategy around them, execute it precisely, and adapt it continuously as the market moves.
Custom Solutions. Not Packages Pulled Off a Shelf.
Every business is different. Every market is different. Every competitor set is different. Our process exists to surface those differences and build a strategy shaped around them — not to fit your business into a pre-built program designed for someone else’s goals. That’s what makes the Local Blitz process work.
Discovery
What exactly are you trying to accomplish? This is the question that drives everything. Before we touch a strategy, a channel, or a budget recommendation, we need a clear picture of your business — your goals, your market, your competition, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Discovery isn’t a quick intake form. It’s a real conversation. We learn your business, your customers, your competitive landscape, and what you’ve tried before. We ask the uncomfortable questions — because a strategy built on incomplete information is worse than no strategy at all.
The output of Discovery is a clear set of goals and KPIs we both agree on — before we start. That agreement is the accountability structure for everything that follows.
Strategize
Now that we know what we want to achieve — how do we achieve it? What traffic channels make sense for this business and this market? What KPIs are we tracking? What analytics tools do we need in place? What’s the right investment level to reach the goals we’ve agreed on?
Strategy is where we piece it all together. We evaluate channels — SEO, AEO, PPC, OTT, email, social, web — against your goals, your budget, and your timeline. We don’t recommend a channel because it’s popular. We recommend it because the data shows it’s the right fit for your specific competitive position.
The output is a clear proposal: what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, what channels we’re activating, what KPIs we’re accountable to, and what the strategy is expected to produce. You know exactly what you’re buying before you sign anything.
Implement
We have the playbook. Now we put it into action. Implementation is where the strategy becomes real — campaigns built, content deployed, technical work done, ads launched, sequences activated.
We move with focus on transparency throughout. Digital marketing has a reputation for being a black box — you pay every month and hope something is happening. That’s not how we operate. We keep you informed about what’s being done and why at every stage, making the work as visible and understandable as possible.
Implementation also includes the project kickoff alignment that sets everyone up for a clear path forward: timelines, deliverables, reporting cadence, and key milestones — so there are no surprises as the campaign matures and you always know where things stand.
Review
Marketing may be one of the fastest-moving industries on the planet. A stagnant plan is never going to work. The strategy we build in Phase 2 is a living document — not a contract set in stone. We constantly review marketing strategy for clients to ensure we are moving at the same pace as technology.
Review means measuring performance against the KPIs agreed in Phase 2, identifying what’s working and what needs adjustment, adapting to algorithm changes, competitive shifts, and market signals as they emerge. The businesses that win long-term aren’t the ones with the best initial strategy — they’re the ones who adapt fastest when the landscape changes.
This is why our client relationships are ongoing, not project-based. The review phase never ends — it feeds back into strategy, which feeds back into implementation, which keeps the entire system improving continuously.
Process Questions — Answered Directly
Discovery typically happens in a single strategy session — either face-to-face at one of our offices, over a call, or over a coffee. The session usually runs 45–90 minutes depending on the complexity of the business. The goal is to leave with a clear picture of your goals, your market, and the KPIs we’ll hold ourselves accountable to. We don’t drag it out — we move fast to get to the strategy conversation.
Packages are designed for the agency’s efficiency, not the client’s outcome. A $1,500/month SEO package sounds reasonable until you realize it includes the same work whether you’re in a competitive legal market or a low-competition service niche — the former needs 10× the effort to move the needle. We build strategies around your specific goals, market, and competitive position. That means the scope, channel mix, and investment level is determined by what your situation actually requires — not by a pricing page.
Against the KPIs we agree on in Phase 2 — before we start. The specific KPIs depend on your goals: for lead generation businesses it’s usually organic call volume, form submissions, and qualified lead flow. For e-commerce it’s revenue and ROAS. For brand visibility campaigns it’s search impression share and citation growth. We never measure ourselves against vanity metrics that don’t connect to your business outcomes. If we can’t tie a number to what your business actually cares about, we don’t report it as a win.
Most clients receive monthly performance reports plus a quarterly strategy review. The monthly report covers KPI performance vs targets, what’s working, what we’re adjusting, and what’s coming next. The quarterly review is a bigger-picture conversation — are the goals still the same? Has the competitive landscape shifted? Does the channel mix need to evolve? The cadence is designed around the pace of your market, not a rigid calendar. Some fast-moving categories need bi-weekly check-ins; others are well-served with monthly reviews. We set that expectation in the kickoff and adjust as needed.
